2. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items purchased through the Exo Solaria Union shop, must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
3. Please contact us before returning any shop products.
4. For shop packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
5. We do not refund shop orders for buyer’s remorse.
