Biological Features: The Grays are reported to have large black almond shaped eyes with no pupils or irises (however, their black eyes may be a protective cover lens to protect their real eyes underneath - which can see a larger part of the electro-magnetic spectrum of light). It has also been alleged that Grays cannot see in color, but in infrared and ultraviolet.

They also have large heads (brains are 20% larger than humans, and the brain has nodules on the central lobe that may allow them to interact with their technology), thin necks, long elongated arms down to the knees, four long thin delicate fingers that sometimes have webbing between the fingers, lack muscular structure, slit for a mouth, no teeth or tongue, small holes for their nose and ears, and hairless bodies. Their skin can be gray, tan, or white. Height and skin color may reflect their status. It possible that they have no gender and are cloned. There bodies weigh 40 pounds on average.

The gray skin is reported to be a synthetic film that protects them from the passage of liquids. If the gray synthetic film is removed, the actual skin underneath is white. If the film is removed, there seems to be a potent sulphur and ammonia like smell coming the the pores on the skin. The Grays also excrete waste through the pores in their skin, and their skin is oily.

In addition, it is reported that there may be 2 species of the Grays.

The first species are the Small Grays, that stand in height ranging from 3.5 to 4.5 feet tall, and are reported to be the lower class of the species, relegated to being workers in a hive mind.

The second species are the Tall Grays, that stand in height up to 6 feet tall, and are reported to be the higher class of the species that are in charge of the Small Grays.

Finally, are the "Visitor" aliens described by Whitley Strieber another variation of the Grays Species or a different, unique species?

Are the Grays artificially created? Are they genetically created, ephemeral, and disposable? It has been alleged by Dr. Steven Greer that Grays are the creations of humans in the secret program, and that they are created using tissue obtained during cattle mutilations, and that Grays are used by humans during abduction experiences.

Do the Grays eat a special kind of liquid food?

It has been alleged that Grays' genetics are based upon the same genetic system as humans, and are also compatible with humans. Grays have 16 chromosomes, while humans have 46 chromosomes. Grays have a minimalist, highly condense genome, much smaller than humans. Grays seem to have been through genetic refinement, meaning they are genetically engineered.

Communication: The Grays have been reported to communicate mainly through telepathic means, which is mind to mind thoughts. It is possible that the Grays are part of a large hive mind. It has been reported that the Tall Grays are also have a spoken language.

Traits: The Grays are reported to value science over spirituality, and to sometimes be hostile and sometimes be benevolent. Emotionless and not creative.

 

However, it has been reported that the Grays engage in performing human abductions for nefarious purposes related to genetic engineering.

 

Alternatively, it has also been reported that human abductions are not being performed by the Grays, but by secret human factions associated with the United States Government and private aerospace industry, in an attempt to frame the Grays as being hostile.  These human factions are reported to be in the possession of reversed engineered UAP craft that have crashed, and are using some of these craft for human abductions.

Whitley Strieber alleges that the Grays want companionship, not to take over our planet. Grays want to share our experiences in time. He also says that they can project feeling perception onto humans to change our feelings. He says that small Grays have metal copper instead of bones, and may feed on copper, getting copper from the blood of cows during mutilation. He also asserts that the Tall Grays are unique individuals that travel with short Gray guards, that the short Grays are expendable, and the Tall Grays are linked mentally to the short Grays, and that the short Grays have no personality, and are very task oriented.

Another theory that has also been put forward is that the Grays are actually future humans.

It has also been asserted that the J-Rod Alien being stored at the S4 complex in Area 51, is a survivor of the 1953 Kingman crash retrieval.
