Guadalupe Island Alien Base
Daniel Sheehan has alleged that, "There is one of these [alien] bases just down off Baja [under the sea floor], down off the south of Los Angeles in California, off a place called Guadalupe Island – or Isla Guadalupe.
Daniel Sheehan also alleges that the alien species residing in this base have been abducting humans, in an effort to combine male and female DNA with alien DNA.
"The USS Nimitz was placed there to monitor them, and they have monitored over 100 of these UFOs coming and going, coming down from out of space and going under the water at that spot."
Mobile Alien UFO Craft Production Facility
It has been alleged that there is at least one or multiple alien structures below the surface of the ocean, called Mobile Alien Production Facilities.

One of these facilities is rumored to be in the Atlantic Ocean in the Bermuda Triangle. These bases allegedly build UFOs to spec for specific missions, and launch these UFOs secretly, with the UFOs returning when their missions are completed.
It has also been alleged that in earlier days these UFOs were more populated with biological aliens, but due to UFO crashes, today's more modern UFOs that are built either have no aliens on board and are autonomous AI UFO craft, or have minimal alien occupants.
