Daniel Sheehan ha afirmado que "hay una de estas bases [alienígenas] justo al sur de Baja California [bajo el fondo del mar], al sur de Los Ángeles en California, cerca de un lugar llamado Isla Guadalupe, o Isla Guadalupe.
"El USS Nimitz fue colocado allí para monitorearlos, y han monitoreado más de 100 de estos ovnis que van y vienen, bajando del espacio y pasando bajo el agua en ese lugar".

It has been alleged that there is at least one or multiple alien structures below the surface of the ocean, called Mobile Alien Production Facilities.
One of these facilities is rumored to be in the Atlantic Ocean in the Bermuda Triangle. These bases allegedly build UFOs to spec for specific missions, and launch these UFOs secretly, with the UFOs returning when their missions are completed.
It has also been alleged that in earlier days these UFOs were more populated with biological aliens, but due to UFO crashes, today's more modern UFOs that are built either have no aliens on board and are autonomous AI UFO craft, or have minimal alien occupants.
