The new term for UFO is now UAP. UAP stands for Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena. This change reflects a shift in focus from simply identifying whether an object is flying to understanding the nature and origin of the anomalous phenomena being observed.

Yes, we still use the term UFO. In the past, most people would use the term UFO to describe mysterious objects that they have seen in the sky. While the word UFO has not technically changed as a common term, the government has now renamed UFOs as "UAP" or Unidentified Aerial Phenomena.

UFOs in the water are called USOs. USO stands for Unidentified Submerged Object.  While UFOs are objects seen in the sky, USOs are anomalous objects detected beneath the surface of the water, generally in oceans. USOs are capable of high speeds and can transition from the water to the air, and back, seamlessly.

The term UFO can be traced back to the United States Air Force who created the term UFO in 1952. UFO stands for Unidentified Flying Object and was seen as an accurate meaning for things being seen in the sky that were not able to be readily explained.

Yes, UFO sightings are real. People genuinely observe Unidentified Flying Objects in the sky. However, the term UFO itself does not automatically indicate that an observed UFO is an alien spacecraft. There could be many explanations for a UFO sighting, but there is always the open possibility of it being an alien spacecraft.

If you see something strange in the sky that you believe to be a UFO, make sure to attempt to identify it as a common object like a plane, star, or Venus before reporting it. Document your sighting with details by taking pictures and video if possible, along with drawings. You can report your UFO sighting to the Exo Solaria Union.

A typical UFO looks like a domed saucer.  UFOs can also have other shapes like cylinders, eggs, ovals, cubes, and more. UFOs are typically described as being white or silver in color, metallic, smooth, with no seams, and no welds.
