Oscar Wolfe was dying and was in hospice on oxygen, when he called Danny Sheehan, wanting to tell his UFO story before he died. Oscar also had an interview with Richard Dolan where he discussed his involvement with President Eisenhower and aliens at S-4 in Area 51.
Oscar Wolfe had been an United States Army stenographer and book keeper, and he was
assigned to the 700 cases that were truly unknown and classified from Project Blue Book.

Oscar Wolf alleges that him and his commander were invited to the Whitehouse in 1958 to speak with President Eisenhower. Oscar says that President Eisenhower told them that he had recently asked MJ-12 (Who were supposedly in charge of Area 51), what the status was with the aliens and MJ-12 said that President Eisenhower did not have a need to know.

President Eisenhower tasked Oscar Wolfe and his commander to go to Area 51 to give MJ-12 a personal message from Eisenhower. The message was that President Eisenhower demanded that MJ-12 give him the alien details via Oscar Wolf and his commander. If they did not, Eisenhower said he was going to send the entire 1st army stationed in Colorado to invade Area 51 and take it over, despite any security clearances, to find out what was going on there.
Oscar and his commander proceeded to fly out to Area 51 from the White House. They were both driven to the S-4 complex near Papoose Lake in Nevada. They proceeded to go underground into the S-4 facility and saw 3-4 UFO saucer craft floating inside some type of garages or hangers. This description is really familiar to what Bob Lazar reported.
One of the saucer craft they saw was from the Roswell Crash and it was banged up. Oscar said that several aliens died in the Roswell craft but 2 aliens did actually survive the crash.
Oscar says that the Roswell alien craft looked like really heavy aluminum foil, however, the whole Roswell craft weighed maybe 150 - 300 pounds, and could be rocked. Oscar also alleges that the Roswell craft used gravity for propulsion.

Afterwards, Oscar and his commander were shown an autopsy film at S4 of an alien being.

They then went into another room that had a big one way window, and Oscar Wolfe could see an alien being through the window the alien that was 5.5 feet tall and wearing a blue jump suit. Oscar described the alien as having a gray skin tone, a large head, eyes looked a little oriental, the nose was small, there were holes for ears, and the mouth was very small.
Oscar also alleges that there are different kinds of Gray aliens.
Oscar's commander then went into the room and had a telepathic communication
with the alien. Oscar was afraid of the alien being and did not enter the room with his commander. There were also other people in the room with the alien being who had also
been questioning the alien earlier. They had transcribed index cards with questions
and answers that they had previously asked the alien, and wanted to show Oscar the cards.

The alien being had been asked where he was from and what he was doing?
The alien had said that he was one of a number of alien civilizations that have been tasked with monitoring life on other planets where life has begun, including Earth.
The alien said that "God" tasked us with doing this monitoring but that "God" was very different from who we think it is. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Oscar and his commander then left S-4 and went back to the main base of Area 51 and allegedly saw a U2 spy plane, and an early version model of the SR-71 black bird.

Oscar and his boss and him returned to Washington D.C. and they met with President Eisenhower on the second story of the old OSS warehouse to discuss what they had experienced. Oscar said that Eisenhower and Nixon were present there with them.
Oscar and his commander said they told Eisenhower about the alien and black projects
and, Eisenhower was totally shocked, and worried, and said we had to keep this totally secret. Oscar said that the mission was to tell Eisenhower they actually had an alien at S4.

Years later, in an interview on the podcast Earthfiles, Linda Moulton Howe discussed a letter she received in October 1999 from Oscar Wolfe, who described being present with President Dwight D. Eisenhower when he was told about aiien technology.

Oscar Wolfe also told Richard Dolan, that at one point after he had been speaking with Linda Moulton Howe, he was at the grocery store one day, and 2 men in black suits got
out of a black Lincoln (Men in Black ?) and demanded that he stop talking to Linda Moulton Howe about these events. Oscar said he was scared and stopped all communication with Linda.

1986

In 1986, Daniel Burisch was approached while working as an undergraduate student in Dr Bert Bell Barbero's parasitology laboratory. He was looking through a microscope, and 3 men walked in, one wearing a suit, the other 2 wearing United States Navy uniforms. They asked Daniel Burisch if he was interested in seeing the world, and he said yes. He then went through several interview processes with background checks. By 1991, he was cleared to work at the Papoose Groom Lake Facility.
His first assignment at the Groom Lake Facility was to review histopathology slides. He did this assignment for a year, and was then let go for a year afterward, during which they had no contact with him. After that year, he was brought back into the Groom Lake Facility, and was shown some higher grade slides of unknown origin. He was then introduced into a working group at the Papoose S4 Facility. The group worked for well over a year on the slides of unknown origin. He subsequently took some minimum leadership positions under several of the other biologists.
Daniel Burisch was assigned as a member of project Aquarius, and then introduced into the level 4 and 5 facility, which was coded for 9. He was introduced into the ambassadorial suite clean sphere area, and then he was eventually shown the subject for which he had been examining the slides. The slides were unusual because they were in pressurized cells. He would review the slides on an automatic conveyor microscope, giving verbal commands, never touching anything. Eventually he was given a vrml keyboard for examining the slides of the what was called the J-Rod alien. Daniel was then made a working group leader after one session working with the J-Rod. The term J-Rod simply means 15, which is a basing named for where they are located, being the number of light years from Earth. Daniel said these aliens have personal names.
Daniel said that he was briefed that the J-Rod alien was from the Reticulum 4 planet in the Reticulum star system (disinformation?). It was also mentioned that the aliens could be from the Gliese 876 star system located 15.2 light years away.
This J-Rod alien crashed in 1963 outside of Kingman, Arizona after traveling through space, it was not traveling through time. There was a problem with his physiology and his biophysiological communication with the craft failed. J-Rod was ill with the mgus and a pair of protein problems. There may have been other J-Rod aliens aboard the craft. The ill J-Rod was transported to the Groom Lake Facility and another J-Rod alien transported to Los Alamos.
To see the J-rod, a medical evaluation was done first. When Daniel, as the introduction specialist, would go in to see the J-Rod, there would also be other helper biologists in the viewing gallery running the show. They would enter the clean room through a series of protocols involving pressurization, compartmentalization, until they were inside a full encapsulated suit for entrance into the clean sphere.
While in the clean sphere, Daniel was told not to communicated with the J-Rod at all. However, Daniel was apparently communicating freely with the J-rod from the time he was in the ambassadorial suite all the way into the clean sphere. He could perceive what the J-Rod was projecting at him from thought, and the J-Rod also could very clearly perceive Daniel's thoughts. Daniel was told to stand over by a hologram teleprompter system, and he would hold his hand up and mimic certain signs. Apparently the J-Rod promised the Sigma Unit that it would not communicate with Daniel. There was something communicated regarding the doctrine for the convergent timeline paradox.
J-Rod was about 3.5 feet tall, it had dark ruddy brown skin, and appeared insect-like. It excluded glycoprotein-like material through pores on its skin, which was associated with the neuropathy that the biologists were dealing with. It had a large head in comparison with its torso and large bulbous black eyes, with the white of eyes selected out, with the eye looking like a large pupil. When Daniel looked into it's eyes, he felt like he could fall into his eyes forever, which may had something to do with the telepathic nature of the J-Rod. Its telepathic range was at least 60 feet.
The J-Rod had long arms, 4 very thin sinuous fingers with some fingernails. It was hunched over most of the time and could not support itself fully given it had muscle atrophy due to the neuropathy it was suffering from. The J-Rod would grunt and flop when moving, and had larger feet than a human, which had a knob where they heel would be. The J-Rod was unclothed which bothered it, and called itself a captive, and was extremely depressed. Its facial features were grotesque compared to what it showed Daniel what normal would be for his species.
The nose of the J-Rod was recessed and was basically 2 orifices. It had an extremely small mouth with a hard pallet and no teeth. The J-Rod was also 622 years old. (The number 622 is reported by Daniel to be an important number that can now be referenced in reports, etc.) J-Rods excrete in a manner similar to humans. Its genitalia are different. The females and males have claspers. They look like discs with rectangular solids that are rotated into position for clasping at the ininal region, and they do have internal fertilization. The J-Rod showed Daniel how this works and shared images of its wife. When the J-Rod projected this image, it felt like Daniel was there, like a virtual reality, with heightened sensations.
The J-Rod was extremely intelligent, especially in mathematics. It showed Daniel the equations for the rule of nines diagrammatically using 3 dimensional cubes coming together. It was also highly evolved and emotionally highly repressed because of what it wanted to become. It has also been asserted that the J-Rod Alien being stored at the S4 complex in Area 51, is a survivor of the 1953 Kingman crash retrieval.
1987

Bill Uhouse allegedly was a test pilot and mechanical engineer at Groom Lake in Area 51, and he retired in 1987. Bill worked on UFO saucer crafts and knew how some of them flew.
He was also allegedly partnered with an Alien called J-Rod, and met some Gray aliens about 10 times to "get used to them."

In 1989, Bob Lazar claimed to be a physicist employed by a classified United States government project involving in the reverse engineering of alien technology at a secret facility known as S-4 near Area 51 in Nevada.
The story begins when Bob Lazar appeared in an interview with investigative reporter George Knapp on Las Vegas TV station KLAS, under the pseudonym "Dennis" and with his face hidden, to discuss his alleged employment at S-4, an underground facility he claimed existed near the Nellis Air Force Base installation known as Area 51. He claims that the facility was adjacent to Papoose Lake, which is located south of the main Area 51 facility at Groom Lake. He claimed the site consisted of concealed aircraft hangars built into a mountainside.
Bob Lazar said that his job was to help with the reverse engineering of the propulsion technology of one of nine UAP, which he alleged were alien in origin. He claims one of the UAP, that he designated the "Sport Model", was manufactured out of a metallic substance similar in appearance and touch to liquid titanium.
In a later interview that November, Bob Lazar appeared unmasked and under his own name, where he claimed that his job interview for work at the facility was with contractor EG&G and that his employer was the United States Navy, although EG&G stated it had no records of him.
Bob Lazar has claimed that the propulsion technology of the UAP utilized an anti-matter reactor and was fueled by the element with atomic number 115, which at the time was named ununpentium and had not yet been artificially created.
However, the element was later synthesized in 2003 and re-named Moscovium. He said that the propulsion system relied on a stable isotope of E115, which allegedly generates a gravity wave that allowed the vehicle to fly and to evade visual detection by bending light around it.

Jason Sands said that he encountered an alien being in 1994 at night while he was part of a military convoy in Area 51.
He said that the convoy saw what appeared to be a person in the distance running towards the convoy. He described the "person" as kind of falling forward as it was running. It appeared as if the "person" might be injured and suffering from hypothermia, since its skin looked off, and it was very cold that night. It was also observed that this "person" had on a military uniform just like those officers in the convoy.
As the convoy approached the "person", Jason got out and was about to place his jacket around the "person" to help them, when he stopped in his tracks when he realized that this "person" was not human at all.
The alien had a bluish tint to its skin, its eyes twice as large as a human, and it had no ears. The alien was wearing a military uniform.
The alien was in need of some material to repair its craft, which it related telepathically to Jason as Tritium. Jason did not know what that was and pointed the alien towards Area 51, in which the alien responded with disgust for Jason even mentioning.
Jason then saw the alien's craft in the distance which was described as a strange boulbous shaped craft with downward horns and was pearly-white color. The alien then left, entered his craft and left. Jason describes hearing a weird mechanical sound as the craft rose and took off.
Jason also got the sense that this blue alien is from a red dwarf star system in the Leo Constellation. There is a red dwarf star named K2-18 in the Leo Constellation where 2 exoplanets have been discovered. One of these planets orbits in the habitable zone, and could be either super earth size or a sub Neptunian sized planet, depending on its density, plus there is evidence that this planet K2-18 I might have a liquid water ocean. Is it possible that this blue alien is from the K2-18 star system located 124 light years away?​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
