Ryan Graves - 2014
Ryan Graves was the first active duty pilot to publicly discuss his regular sightings of UAPs off the coast of Virginia Beach in 2014. He said that after his squadron upgraded their radar systems, they began to detect unknown objects in United States airspace.
He also described an encounter where 2 F-18s were split by a UAP that he described as a "dark gray, or a black cube inside of a clear sphere".
Ryan Graves has also said that UAPs are in United States airspace, but they are grossly underreported. These UAP sightings are not rare or isolated, they are routine.
United States Military pilots and commercial pilots are frequently witnessing these UAP, specifically off the eastern coast of the United States.
He remains puzzled about the strange objects that he and his fellow pilots observed.
Tim Gallaudet - 2015
Tim Gallaudet is an American oceanographer and retired Rear Admiral in the United States Navy. Tim Gallaudet worked for the U.S. Department of Commerce as the Acting Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere and Acting Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
Tim Gallaudet says he has seen video of UAP and USO (Underwater Submerged Objects) while on active duty during his career in the United States Navy. He has also expressed support for the claims made by David Grusch about a legacy highly classified UAP crash retrieval program, and has called for the "de-stigmatization" of the UAP subject from the science community, the United States military, and also the general American public.
Tim Gallaudet has become a strong public voice calling for wider transparency on the topic of UAP over the past 3 years. He also defends former senior United States intelligence officers, like David Grusch, who have come forward on the UAP issue, and finds their accounts credible.
Tim Gallaudet has stated, "We're being visited by non-human intelligence with technology we really don't understand, and with intentions we don't understand either."
Tim Gallaudet has also mentioned that he has personally witnessed the dangers of government UAP secrecy firsthand.
In January 2015, Tim Gallaudet received an "URGENT SAFETY OF FLIGHT ISSUE" inquiry on the United States Navy's secure internet network from the operations officer of the United States Navy's Fleet Forces Command, only to have that message later disappear.
Tim Gallaudet said the following regarding this inquiry message stating that, "The text of the email was brief but alarming, with words to the effect, 'We are having multiple near-midair collisions, and if we do not resolve it soon, we will have to shut down the exercise.'"
Lue Elizondo - 2017
Lue Elizondo was formerly employed by United States Army Counterintelligence and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence. According to Lue Elizondo, he was director of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, also known as AATIP, which was associated with the Pentagon UAP videos.
Since 2017, he has claimed there is a United States Government conspiracy to suppress evidence that UAP may be of alien origin.
In 2017, Lue Elizondo gave 3 unclassified videos to reporters from the New York Times, made by pilots from the United States Navy aircraft carriers USS Nimitz and USS Theodore Roosevelt. The New York Times story also announced the existence of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, with Lue Elizondo sharing his belief that UAP's shown in these 3 videos were not of human origin.
2 years after the New York Times story was released to the public, the Pentagon declared that the videos were indeed “real,” but did not disclose information about what they might be.
