Telepathic Consciousness Interface Technology
It has been reported that alien species that pilot UAP craft, may integrate their consciousness with the UAP craft itself through telepathic means, and that it is this telepathic link, that allows the alien to direct the craft to maneuver at the speed of thought.
This essentially means that the alien pilot and the UAP craft somehow become one, and that if the alien pilot is hurt, that it may affect the craft's ability to navigate, and there possibly crash.
It has also been widely reported that most alien beings have tremendous telepathic abilities.
In addition, it has been alleged that human psionic teams can connect their consciousness to UAP craft and invite them to come close to a designated location or to even land. At that point the human psychics disconnect their consciousness from the UAP craft, and then some type of an EMP weapon is used to disable the UAP craft.

It has also been reported that the aliens that piloted the UFO craft that crashed near Roswell, New Mexico in 1947, wore headsets on their heads to help them interface with their craft to pilot it.

In addition, there are other allegations that aliens have been biologically modified with implants to be able to more efficiently interact with their technology, and that aliens have a very close relationship with their technology. It has been reported that aliens cannot survive very long while be separated from their UFO craft, or even from other alien beings.

Basal Ganglia
While the basal ganglia's primary functions are well-established, there's ongoing research exploring potential connections to areas like conscious perception and how the brain processes novel or unexpected information. This research could indirectly relate to speculative areas like UFO experiences or telepathy:
1. Conscious perception and processing novel information
The basal ganglia are involved in integrating sensory input and influencing conscious perception.
One study suggests that the basal ganglia might play a role in how we deal with "unexpected events", initiating inhibition and facilitating adjustments to actions or perceptions.
It's plausible that when individuals encounter something unusual or anomalous (like an alleged UFO experience), the basal ganglia's role in processing these novel sensory inputs might come into play.
2. Processing and evaluating beliefs and perceptions
Research on individuals who report alien encounters suggests they may exhibit higher levels of absorption, disassociation, and paranormal belief compared to control groups.
Although these psychological traits are not directly linked to specific basal ganglia function, the basal ganglia's role in evaluating and learning from experiences might influence how individuals process and internalize anomalous beliefs or experiences over time.
3. The role of empathy and consciousness in telepathy
Research suggests a potential link between empathy and telepathy, with studies exploring the possibility of brain-to-brain communication through mechanisms like mirror neurons or even via technologies like the internet.
While the basal ganglia's direct role in telepathy is not scientifically established, its influence on areas related to motivation and reward could indirectly relate to the development or understanding of such phenomena.
