PSIONIC ASSETS

Whistleblower Jake Barber alleges that the secret program has a team of psionics that are gifted and trained in psychic abilities, which also involves remote viewing, and can summon UFO craft to land by connecting their consciousness to these UFO craft, and can then remotely pilot the UFO craft telepathically. When the UFO craft is remotely piloted in, and the craft either lands or gets close to a designated area, then the psionics disconnect their consciousness from the UFO craft, and that UFO craft is then struck with some type of EMP weapon to disable it. If the psionics do not disconnect their consciousness from the UFO craft before the craft is struck with the EMP weapon, a portion of their consciousness might get trapped on the UFO craft.

These psionic team members are transported in containers and use their psychic abilities inside these containers, or mobile offices, to help them concentrate, when reaching out to UFO craft. These psionics are chosen from all over the world for their pre-disposition for psychic ability and are designated as P3s.

Apparently each faction of the secret program around the world may have their own team of psionics that help them bring down UFO craft.

Whistleblower Jake Barber and his team have since left working for an undisclosed private contractor where they were doing craft retrievals. They have started their own private organization named Skywatcher, and have their own team of psionic people to help them summon UFO's for good purposes, and help bring more UFO footage to the public.
