STARGATE PORTAL

Whistleblower Jason Sands alleges that he intercepted communications when he was an intelligence officer about a Stargate type of portal that generates a controlled wormhole, that is located somewhere in the northwest or west coast of the United States. 

Jason states that the secret program had a captured alien being in its possession and was attempting to convince the alien to help them control the portal, but the alien refused. In addition, it is alleged that the alien's interrogator had compassion for the alien being, and helped the alien escape through the portal.
