It has been alleged that the United States government and other entities in the Secret Program, consistently use psychological operations or "PsyOps," to mislead the public about UFO's and Aliens, in an attempt to spread disinformation to deflect and hide the real truth.

This has been seen in action when the United States Air Force declared in 1947 near Roswell, Mexico, that they had recovered a "flying discs," only to later retract their statement and say that it was only a recovered "weather balloon." If it was indeed just a weather balloon that had crashed, why release a statement to the public that it was a flying disc?

Since Roswell, it has been alleged that the program has used many individuals to spread lies and disinformation to confuse the public as well as adversaries.

If this is indeed the case, how are we to discern truth from lies? Who can we trust with any information that is released?
False Flag Operations
It has been alleged by Dr. Steven Greer that the Secret Legacy Program is involved in False Flag Operations that are meant to instill fear in the world populace of a global threat by alien civilizations to Earth.

To help instill this fear, the secret program uses their alien reproduction vehicles, that look just like alien spacecraft, and use them to conduct alien abductions, cattle mutilations, and more.
Eventually it is alleged that the secret program will escalate their operations to a full fledged "invasion" by "aliens" using man-made alien reproduction vehicles (ARVs), to justify uniting the world against a supposed alien threat, thereby cementing their power over the world.
